I am a builder. The longer I live the more I see this to be true in myself. I push myself to be better every day—to not just copy someone else, but to pave the way to something new. In fact, many of my hobbies have evolved into jobs over the years.

As a designer with some front-end chops, I enjoy all phases of creating a product. From ideation, research, building wireframes, UX deliverables and hi-fidelity mockups, all the way through implementation and getting my hands dirty in the code.

There is something to be said about building a product and then watching people use it. It's incredibly humbling, as things don't always work out as planned. It's also very rewarding and the feeling of accomplishment cannot be understated.
